All Souls Interfaith Gathering in Shelburne is hosting a one-day event:
T.L.C.- Trauma, Love & Cancer: a healing retreat for people affected by cancer and those who love them.
"This immersive workshop is designed to provide care and renewal for weary souls whose lives have been impacted by cancer – either as a patient or a caregiver. Experience the healing power of the Sacred Council Circle, combined with mindfulness-based self-care exercises, guided by certified mind-body medicine practitioners and trauma-informed holistic experts. We will combine restorative somatic movement-based therapies such as forest bathing and dance, with gentle contemplative healing exercises, all within the community of others who understand the unique challenges of living with cancer."
