Fellow Genealogists: This Saturday there will be a celebration of Vermont's early history and traditions in the Vergennes City Park. This annual event, French Heritage Day, is packed with demonstrations, music, re-enactments, history, genealogy, great food and lots of fun.

The Vermont French-Canadian Genealogy Society will have a tent with displays related to our ancestors from Quebec and Acadia, maps, books, records and lots of advice. Please make it a point to enjoy a beautiful early summer day with us in Vergennes.
