Come and join the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department as it hosts a free ice fishing clinic for smelt fish on the Waterbury Reservoir this Wednesday from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. Expert biologists and educators from the department will supply the gear and bait necessary as well as great instruction so you can learn about this important and fascinating fish! This introductory course will cover everything you need to know to feel confident on the ice while focusing on targeting smelt.
