We invite you to join us for an hour and a half experience, with sound bowls, guided meditation, and tea where you will be energetically and emotionally recharged, cleared and relaxed. Come as you are, unwind and leave your thoughts at the door. After the meditation, we will pause and enjoy some light refreshments, time for journaling, questions or sharing as well. Hosted by Amanda of Lumiere VT and Kendall of Cup & Sage.
This event will be held at 76 Main St N, Wells River. Wells River Congregational Church.
*These are non religious sessions, this space is beautiful, roomy & has incredible acoustics.
There will also be a second session on Saturday April 15th at 2pm.
