A mosaic approach to explore the art of the actor in pre-character state. Exploration on various themes: body & space, word & space, presence, etc. . Excellent training for the serious & creative mind-bodies!

I am a professionally trained actor and director with experience from France, Canada, Vermont, NYC and more recently, Italy. I also wrote a play which was produced in Vermont, Bucharest and Brussels. My interests in visual arts & words, architecture and movement also come into account when working during a LAB. As well as my Alexander Technique skills.

The ACTOR's LAB is not prescriptive but descriptive and exploratory. I believe that "Skills can be shared - talent can be encouraged and nurtured." Participants are expected to Be on time, be Serious on the work, Be curious, unleash their own creativity, respect the other and have no attitude. And have Fun!
