Virtual Cooking Class: Tiramisu - an Italian Favorite!

Join Chef Jenny Vascotto from Trencher's Farmhouse in Lyndonville and the Vermont Italian Cultural Association for this virtual cooking class on Sunday, February 26th from 4-6 pm. Jenny will discuss the history and importance of this dessert, including the many regional differences, as we make a traditional tiramisu together. A gluten-free recipe is also available.
