Join Chef Jenny Vascotto from Trencher's Farmhouse in Lyndonville and the Vermont Italian Cultural Association for this virtual cooking class on Sunday, February 26th from 4-6pm. Together we will make all the layers and build a traditional tiramisu. Jenny will discuss the history and importance of tiramisu as well as the many regional differences. The recipe can be made gluten free.
