Outdoor enthusiasts, adventure lovers, photographers and storytellers will love to hear of hiker, author and publisher Dan Szczesny’s new book The Nepal Chronicles. He will visit Morristown Centennial Library on Saturday July 19 at 10 am to show slides of Nepal and talk about his book.
Here is your opportunity to see sights from what Sir Edmund Hillary called the highest place on earth, experience city life in KATHMANDU and hear about regional cuisine and you will learn about what momos are!
There is also a personal story here, of his marriage to his wife Meenakshi and how his family and relationships within it were made. And the slides he will show are truly spectacular!
Copies of the book will be available to purchase at the slide show and there will be a copy at the library front desk to browse before the program. Call the library at 888-3853 for more information.
