A member of the Calvet wine-making family, Jean-Sebastian will start the evening with their Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Sparking Rosé and canapés in the Living Room, and continue over a five-course dinner in the Dining Room where Chef Picca is featuring an abundance of seasonal flavors from local producers.
