The sap is flowing and Red Barn Kitchen is excited to announce an unforgettable experience, in celebration of our local maple producers.
In conjunction with Pat and Aline Leclaire of Patalin's Sugar Works, we are hosting a maple experience on Friday, March 17th. Your ticket includes a visit and tour of Pat and Aline's sugar shack, where you will be able to see their production first hand, sip warm syrup from the evaporator and breathe in the sweet steam...
Then head just down the road to Red Barn Kitchen for a multi-course maple themed pop-up dinner, where Matt and Kate of Red Barn Kitchen will lead you through a delicious menu with treats and surprises along the way.
The cost for the event is $175 per person and includes the sugar shack visit, the menu with pairings, tax, gratuity and even a pint of maple syrup to take home. Seats are *very* limited and so we encourage you to click the link below if you are interested.
