Dear Neighbors, I will appear (in the chorus) in the Vermont Summer Music Festival’s upcoming performance featuring the Oriana Singers and the Festival Orchestra, conducted by Bill Metcalfe. (This is the second of our concerts, following the Gilbert and Sullivan "H.M.S. Pinafore" on July 14.)

The performance is Sunday, July 20, 4:00 pm, in the (air-conditioned!) sanctuary of St. Paul’s Cathedral. The concert will feature Britten’s Serenade for tenor, horn, and strings; Vaughan Williams’ Lark Ascending, featuring violinist Emily Popham Gillins; Delius’ On Hearing the First Cuckoo in Spring, and Haydn’s Mass in B---flat, “Harmoniemesse.”
