Braintree voters and community: please save the date for this year's Town Meeting, which will be held at the Braintree Town Hall on Rt 12A in West Braintree on Saturday March 4th at 10am.
You can review this year's Town Report and Town Meeting information at braintreevt.gov. Hard copies of Town Reports are being delivered to all Braintree residents this week, and you can pick up spare copies at the Town Offices. A livestream of the meeting will also be available for virtual viewing, but you not be able to participate or vote virtually. Visit braintreevt.gov for virtual viewing information.
We are hoping that Braintree residents, both new and old, will join us to discuss and vote on issues critical to the efficient and safe function of your local town government. Town meeting is a great opportunity to get informed and involved, but also a time to meet and visit with your neighbors, build community, and make human connections. The meeting will be followed by the return of a long-standing tradition: a community lunch potluck. So, please bring a dish to share while you catch up with your neighbors and meet new friends.
