Saturday is French Heritage Day!

Come to Vergennes on Saturday for the 9th Annual French Heritage Day. Don't feel like you need to be of French or French-Canadian heritage to have fun. You'll:
• see colorful re-enactors
• hear Franco-American music, French-Canadian fiddling, and response songs
• listen to a Native American storyteller
• take a free horse and carriage ride
• tour the city with the Comte de Vergennes
• dance
• watch traditional craft demonstrations
• trace your genealogical roots
• take pictures with the Comte and Comtesse of Vergennes (kids)
• test your skill at baguette tossing!
• watch waiters from area restaurants vie for prizes in the Vermont Waiters' Race
