Join Jericho Families in Nature (JFiN ) for a special Maple Event
Maple Tree Tapping by Special Guest Tom Baribault of Birchhill Sugar Works (located on Browns Trace Rd)

When: This coming Sunday, Feb 19 from Noon to 1pm
Where: Jericho Town Green in front of the Jericho Center Library in Jericho Center

Join us this Sunday for a SWEET demonstration of collecting maple sap used to make Maple Syrup! (We will not be boiling on Sunday). Come taste the sweet sap and see how to tap a maple tree. We'll walk the green and identify maple trees then tap one! Kids and families invited.
