The John and Mary Frances Patton Peace and War Center at Norwich University will mark the anniversary of the current war in Ukraine with a special panel presentation titled "On the Margins of Europe: A War Before the War".

This panel presentation will mark the opening of a photography exhibit by the same name on display in the Kreitzberg Library through the end of March. The exhibit is generously hosted by the Sullivan Musuem and History Center.
