Buti® Yoga is a movement practice named after the word from the Indian dialect Marathi, meaning "a cure that has been hidden away or kept secret." Buti encourages individuals to find themselves and the secret cure we all contain within, through beat blended movement that brings you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. Using primal movement, dynamic asana and cardio-sprints to break down the emotional barriers that hold us back from achieving self-love and true human connection.
Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization. This integration helps tap into your inner power, unleash unshakeable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with others instead of compete. Intentional vibration and grounding techniques help clear stagnant energy and revitalize the body allowing you to shift your perception of the world around you.
Led by Lacy Mink, a Buti® Yoga Instructor, and founder of Dreamweaver Wellness, a holistic health coaching practice for those seeking growth and transformation. Lacy offers a beat-based, energizing combination of cardio dance, primal movement, and Vinyasa flow.
