5:05 Vermont Integrated Architects to discuss Town Hall study progress and survey results about the community's needs and wants for a rebuilt/new Town Hall. VIA representatives to attend. Action unlikely.

5:40 Monthly meeting with the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department. Review and possible approval of the Memorandum of Understanding with Capital Fire Mutual Aid. Action likely.

6:00 Highway Report – update on Town road conditions, issues and possible equipment ordering. Action possible.

6:15 Treasurer Report – update on Town financial issues. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the February 7, 2023, Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Orders
- Correspondence
- Preparation for February 28, 2023, Informational Meeting re: the March 7, 2023 Town Meeting Warning. Action unlikely.
