It's been three whole years since we last had the opportunity to have lunch together on Town Meeting Day. Let's do it again!

Here's our proposal:
WHAT: a real Pot Luck Lunch
WHEN: on Town Meeting Day, Tuesday, March 7th, whenever the meeting ends
WHERE: in the gym at Doty Memorial School
WHY: because it's so good to be able to sit down and talk with neighbors that we may not see very often, while sharing a delicious meal!

You may remember that for many years, Worcester Historical Society organized a "modified pot luck" meal, which we enjoyed between Town Meeting in the morning, and the School District Meeting in the afternoon. As you know, there is no longer an in-person School District Meeting, so the meeting part of the day will likely end before noon. However, there seem to be a lot of people who still look forward to the chance to share a meal and conversation on Town Meeting Day. So… we're hoping you'll decide to join us for an old-fashioned pot-luck meal!

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Bring a dish to share! It can be as simple or as fancy as you like. Casseroles, salads, other sides, beverages, desserts, or whatever you like – all will be welcomed! (Please be sure to put your name on any dish you want to take back home with you.)

WHS will provide paper products and flatware. And we'll handle the set-up and clean-up.
This will be a true pot luck – no charge; just a chance to share a meal with old friends and new!
