Maple Tree Tapping by Special Guest Tom Baribault of Birchhill Sugar Works (located on Browns Trace Rd)

Where: Jericho Town Green in front of the Jericho Center Library in Jericho Center

Join us this Sunday for a SWEET demonstration of obtaining maple sap used to make Maple Syrup! (We will not be boiling only obtaining the maple sap). Come taste the sweet sap and see how to tap a maple tree.

Maple Farmer Tom Baribault of Birchhill Sugar Works will talk about sugaring. We will walk to the green to identify maple trees and tap one!
