Empowered Movement is a fun and expressive adult dance class to work up a sweat while having a blast!

Through easy to follow dance moves set to a sizzling soundtrack, we will build a deep appreciation for our amazing bodies and feel empowered to go out into the world with new found confidence levels.

I believe in the healing power of dance, and by creating classes that have set dance moves we work on week after week, as well as some time to explore and find your own rhythm, we will develop a connection to our bodies unlike any other.
