3/7-3/9: Champlain Housing Trust's Homebuyer Education Workshop
March 7th and 9th from 5:30PM-8:30PM via Zoom (both sessions required)
We understand, it's a tough housing market right now! In a housing market with limited inventory and raised interest rates, Homebuyer Education classes give you the tools you need to know what you are up against and plan a course of action.
Join us March 7th and 9th to learn:
-How to prepare your finances to be in a position to purchase
-Special programs that can help with closing costs and down payments
-The steps in the home buying process and the timelines you can expect
-How to work with a real estate agent, a lender, an attorney, and a home inspector
This course is $99.00 and will grant you a Homebuyer Education Certificate* and a one-on-one counseling session to go over your individual finances and questions.
*A Homebuyer Education certificate is required for some loans and special programs, including Champlain Housing Trust's Shared Equity homeownership program.
