The Montpelier Roxbury Schools board of directors meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. This Wednesday the 16th, we'll be meeting in the library at Montpelier High School, and on Zoom at 6:30. This is a pretty important meeting - the board will be hearing from the administration on how our students are doing regarding literacy, math, social & emotional learning, connectedness to school, and other factors. As we work collectively through this current phase of living and learning in the aftermath of the pandemic, this data will give us a better understanding of what's going well and what gaps need addressing the most. The board will also be reviewing a draft policy on library material selection, intended to support our schools' libraries in containing robust, diverse, thought-provoking content for our learners.
