Hands-on class to get/hone skills so you can prepare a whole chicken in cuts and make the most out of one chicken! Its the most budget friendly way to buy chicken for several meals beyond roasting the whole bird! This class will take place from 11:30am-1:00pm. Leave with a chicken cut up and any chicken purchases that day is 15% off for participants. $55. Please sign up on our website! Min 4 participants! Next class option is April 15th.
