In-person High Blood Pressure @ Hosted by Gifford Health Care in Partnership with CHT, Randolph House

Reduction of sodium in diet and increased consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Improved stress management skills.

Weight loss of those who are overweight.
Cessation of tobacco use when present.
Improved ability to track self-management behaviors.
Improved ability to establish short-term and long-term goals for self-management.
Reduction of blood pressure when greater than 140/90.

Update - Hybrid - In-person and via zoom

Caregiver Support Group meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 2-3:30 is being done hybrid, in the Markle Conference room and via zoom .

Living Through Loss Grief Support Group. Meets Fridays from 11-1230 in Gifford's Chapel. Gain comfort and support from fellow community members experiencing loss. No need to register, drop in group, FREE, no insurance required. For more information contact Tim Eberhardt, Spiritual Care Coordinator at 728-2107.

Mental Health Wellness Support Group. Group therapy course beginning Tuesday 1/6/22 from 815-915AM at Gifford. Course will run for 10 weeks and will be led by a psychiatric mental heath nurse practitioner. Each session will offer a brief check in, followed by a discussion of that week's topic. Topics will include how and why mental illnesses occur, what illnesses can look and feel like, evidence-based treatment options, community resources, crisis planning and general mental wellness skills.
