Palliative Support Services at Porter Medical Center is hosting an upcoming training for new Palliative Support Volunteers. The training will start on March 2 and conclude on April 13.

It will include scheduled group Zoom sessions on Thursday evenings from 5-6:30pm, conversations with subject matter experts, self-study learning, connecting with current volunteers, exploring the art of presence, and practices that will increase your own confidence around entering into an intense experience.
