It's Cami and Chloe Blount!
We are looking for you to help us raise money to support cancer research. Our fifth annual Run for Research Fundraiser will be held on Saturday February 25th at Okemo Mountain. Runs for Research is a fundraiser for cancer research that we started 6 years ago when our teacher died from cancer. Since then, we've lost more family and friends to this horrible disease and even today many people around all of us fight hard against cancer and sometimes cancer wins. We want to help make this stop.
We organize this fundraiser every year to make money and donate it to the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber to help find a cure for cancer. If you haven't heard of R4R before, we invite people to ski and snowboard on the NASTAR race course at Okemo Mountain for an entire day, take as many runs as possible and the person who takes the most runs will be the R4R Alpine Race Champion. Anyone can participate in this event, whether you are a beginner or a high-level skier, R4R is open to all.
Don't ski or snowboard. No problem! You can still participate by donating directly to our fundraiser page (see below) or sponsor one of us for the day. $1, $5, $10, $20 per run or whatever amount you can, just participate! (Last year, the 2022 R4R Alpine Race Champion logged 16 runs!)
