Come join us on this Thursday evening on February 9, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for an acoustic music jam in Withey Hall on the Green Mountain College campus in Poultney. Are you a beginner? Then come first to our beginner's session at 5:30 p.m. If you've never been to a jam and want to learn how to participate, or just want a quick music lesson or two, drop on in then. (What will we teach? We'll figure it out when you show up!)

At 6 p.m., the jam will formally start. So bring your instruments, your voices, and your ideas. We take turns, teaching each other new song numbers while trying to keep it simple. We follow bluegrass jam rules but we don't restrict ourselves to bluegrass! Rock, folk, blues, Americana: as long as everybody can join in! Feel free to bring song sheets.
