Starksboro's Public Library is open for love and affection on Thursday February 16th from 9am - 5pm. We'll open an hour early for coffee, tea and cookies and would love to welcome some new visitors. Let us share what we do here 3 days a week - besides the obvious books, audiobooks, movies and computers.

SPL has been located on the main floor of Starksboro's old Town Hall building since 2001. On this special occasion, the staff and library board would love to invite you to see the upstairs of this historic building - once the active center of town life. (climbing stairs necessary) Come anytime during the day, check out the displays and have a cookie. If you've got history, a favorite book or ideas to share - we want to hear all of that. A special bonus is a new art show from Cynthia Guild Kling hanging in the "gallery" at the rear of the library space.
