I. Call to Order: 7:00 PM.
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).

II. Public Forum.

1. Review of January 2 meeting minutes. (+/- 5 min.)
2. Review results of community survey to rank order the top recommendations (and covid harm).
3. Discuss Town Meeting activity to engage community in ranking exercise.
4. Review rough draft report to Selectboard and discuss timing and delivery of recommendations to Selectboard with report in March after Town Meeting.
5. Consider our goals and discussion from the first meeting to evaluate our progress and identify any lingering concerns.
6. Begin strategizing about the best way to present ideas that are not being put forward for ARPA funding.
7. Anything else.
