Free Talk - Rescued by a Horse

Past event
Jul 14, 2014

People often see themselves as rescuing horses, when in fact horses are increasingly being used to help ‘rescue’ people by expanding their self-awareness in ways that stimulates personal growth and self-empowerment.

Join Janis Cooper, owner of EQnimity and Certified Equine
Learning Facilitator and Coach, as she covers:
• How and why horses are being used to help change lives
• Becoming more horse-like: connecting mind, body, and spirit, including practical techniques for you to use.
• Stories of self-discovery and transformation that horses have helped initiate, including her own ‘rescue’ enabled by a horse from Spring Hill.

Shelburne Farms welcome center 5:30-7:30 Monday July 14th

Also, hear more about the 3 horses that were rescued from awful conditions right here in Shelburne. How they are doing today and what obstacles they have overcome in the past year.
*All donations go to Spring Hill Horse Rescue*
