Gardens of England

Past event
Feb 4, 2023, 10 AM to 12 PM

SATURDAY, February 4, 10-12 (online)
Landscape designer Charlotte Albers will share photos from her 2022 trip to Sissinghurst Castle in Kent and Gravetye Manor in East Sussex, two of England's most celebrated estates. She will talk about what makes them so extraordinary, pergolas and old walls with climbing vines, towers and moats, orchards, organic vegetable gardens, water features, statuary, and plantings reflecting the current wave of naturalistic design. Find inspiration for your home garden and learn how both estates are preserving their unique heritage as they embrace change.

This program will be presented on Zoom.
