Special Meeting of the Brandon Select Board
authorized by 1 V.S.A. § 312(c)(2)

The Brandon Select Board will meet Friday, February 3, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the downstairs meeting room of the Town Hall located at 1 Conant Square expecting to consider the items noted on this agenda. The Select Board reserves the right to add additional items, if necessary, at the beginning of the meeting.

THERE WILL BE NO ZOOM OPTIONS FOR THIS MEETING

Call to order

1. Adopt agenda
2. Appoint emergency management director due to resignation.
3. Executive session regarding the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee per 1 V.S.A. § 313(3)(a)(3).
4. Adjourn
