Hello Craftsbury and surrounding community,

I will be offering Zumba, which is a Latin and hip-hop-based dance cardio workout that targets the entire body, to anyone interested on Monday nights at 6 pm in the 1958 room at Sterling College. For just $5 one can dance away the winter blues, and the best part is there is no prior dance experience necessary, just the willingness to move your body to any array of upbeat tunes.

So bring your friends, your smiles, a bottle of water, and get ready to shake your hips!
