The Peace & Justice Center is hosting the first PJC Kids’ Club 'Global Gathering’ event of the summer! Come down with your family and friends to the Center at 60 Lake St, Burlington for a fun and educational afternoon by the waterfront!
This event's theme is the Americas, learning about the different regional cultures by way of a variety of activities - Inspired by the World Cup, we'll play soccer by waterfront, paint faces, have story time with our international guest from Mexico (Julian Geoffrey Lopez), eat yummy and healthful snacks, and more!!
The PJC Kids’ Club was designed with the hope to create a more cultural inclusive world for our young generations to grow up in; a world based on reciprocal respect where we leave behind the concept of a colorblind society and instead embrace and empower diversity! These events are open to everyone of all ages and are free! I hope to see you this Saturday at at the PJC!
