Winter is the perfect time for baking! If you are looking to expand your Valentine's baking repertoire join us online this Sunday for a class on how to make Persian Love Cake. Inspired by the beauty and aromatics found in Persian confections and French chocolate, this is a class for all levels and guaranteed to uplift the senses.
We will continue our online winter series with a class on Plant Based Baking For Beginners and dive deep into bread baking with the workshop Absolute Beginner Sourdough Baking on Feb 18. before taking a winter break and returning in the spring with in-person classes.
Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen is a micro culinary school focusing on sourdough baking and European traditions. We offer classes and workshop for all levels, from absolute beginners to professionals.
