Becky Widschwenter of Mindful Movement is back at the Waterbury Public Library this Thursday with the second in her Mindful Movement Resistant Band Class. This low impact, resistance-band practice focuses on functional core breath, postural alignment, strength, and balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury and want to begin a strength routine, improve balance, or reduce stress and tension, this class can help. All levels are welcome and all exercises can be modified. While each class builds on the previous, you are still welcome to join.
