UKULELE ROCK STAR:
$145, Ages 7+
For all our budding musicians out there, a beginner's ukulele class that will teach your little one how to pick, strum, and play chords. Ukulele's are smaller and easier on the fingers than guitars, perfect for our younger future rock stars.

Montpelier's own D Davis will usher children into the world of ukulele. Children will begin by learning a few songs, then move on to playing a popular folk song. The class will consist of 4 sessions and culminate in a group performance at Wilder Art's Artist Showcase.

Children are required to have their own instrument, tuner, and music book (available at Guitar Sam's).

We will provide a walking school bus from Union Elementary School.

Fridays 3pm to 3:45pm | February 10, 2023 to March 17, 2023 (No class on February 24th and March 3rd. Performance on March 19th.)

GUITAR ROOKIE: A Beginners guitar class

A class for all our budding rock stars out there.
$145, Ages 8+
In this 5 week course, students will learn guitar fundamentals with Montpelier's own D Davis. This class is meant for anyone new to guitar, no previous experience is necessary! Reading music is also not required.

Children will learn a few beginner pieces of music, as well as a popular folk song. The class will consist of 4 sessions and will culminate in a group performance at Wilder Art's Artists Showcase on March 19th.

By the completion of this course, children will have all the training they need to take part in Wilder Art's Unplugged Rock Band Classes. Children will need to bring their own instrument, tuner, and guitar music book (available at Guitar Sam's) to class.
