We start with a short program on the 10 warning signs of dementia. Following that we will have a group conversation about:
What is it like to be diagnosed, live, and care for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia
What services are available in Vermont and in your community
Your ideas to make Franklin County more dementia friendly
How you can get involved with the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementias
