Saturday Morning Meditation and Discussion group
Come still your mind and join in meaningful conversation this Saturday, February 4th at the Burlington Shambhala Center. The Shambhala Cafe starts with some sitting meditation from 9:30 to 10 followed by a Pema Chodron read aloud and time for intimate discussion from 10 to approximately 11. Refreshments will be served. Please come for all or part of it.
