II. Executive Session: personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3). (+/- 55 min.)

1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

IV. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)

V. Regular Business.
1. Budget workshop: Bristol Police Department final budget review and adoption. (+/- 15 min.)
2. Budget workshop: final General Fund budget review and adoption. (+/- 30 min.)
3. Finalize Town Meeting and Police District warnings. (+/- 15 min.)
4. Consider proposed updates and revisions to Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) documents. (+/- 30 min.)
5. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor and/or tobacco licenses. (+/- 5 min.)
6. Selectboard roundtable. (+/- 10 min.)

VI. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received. (+/- 5 min.)

VII. Executive Session (tentative) re. personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).
