Are you curious about Sustainable Charlotte? Who's involved? What are its good works? Or are you interested in sharing some ideas for the future, or for helping out? Well, you're in luck.
On February 1st (we regularly meet on the 1st Wednesdays of each month), we'll gather to share food and ideas. At the library community room, we'll begin at 6 pm with a shared meal, check in with one another, welcome new folks, and then jump into the ideas part at 7. If you're coming, please bring your own eating utensils if you are planning to eat then.
You can find out more about us at www.sustainablecharlottevt.org.
Each year we host the repair cafes, collect electronic waste, host the Window Dressers project to help button up homes through window inserts, and webinars and events. We partner with other organizations in town, including the Charlotte Library, Energy Committee, Grange, Conservation Commission, and the Congregational Church.
I hope you will consider popping in either at 6 or 7 or all of it!
