The Conservation Commission is thrilled to kick off our 2023 event calendar with a visit from Sam Schneski, Windham County Forester.

Stop by the Dummerston Community Center next Wednesday at 6pm to learn about a new land use category that will enable landowners who are enrolled in the Use Value Appraisal tax incentive program to let part of their land mature into "new old growth forest." We look forward to seeing you there! This is a mask protocol event.
