In Love (With Beef)

This class is designed to help people become more comfortable cooking with local grass fed beef, and will take place in the kitchen on the farm where the beef was raised!

We'll be braising chuck roast, searing rib steaks, and making delicious side dishes and sauces to go with. The sides will be potato gratin, and sautéed shredded Brussels sprouts with fruits & nuts. All of these dishes are pretty perfect for Valentine's Day.

We're charging on a sliding scale from $40 - $60, and some barter is also welcome (one attendee is paying $40 and a chicken). A sit-down meal of all of the things we have made is included in the price.
