Join us for a 2hr immersive workshop Monday 2/20, 5:30-7:30 in Stowe. Muscle and Tendon pain afflicts many of us, but did you know that what you eat directly impacts our tendon health? In this workshop you will learn how to prepare delicious, nutrient dense foods that: support healthy tendons, decrease inflammation in the body, and promote hormone balance. In addition we will briefly discus activities that support improved tendon function and reduce pain. We will be learning in the kitchen classroom.
