The Catamount Trail Association and Craftsbury Outdoor Center are hosting a Community Ski Day on Sunday, January 29th from 10-1pm at the Gilbrook Nature Area in Winooski.

This event is 100% free, and no appointment is required. Guest's can drop-in at anytime to try out out XC skiing. XC equipment and basic instruction will be provided by the CTA/Craftsbury.

A limited number of snowshoes will also be available for free for those looking for an outdoor adventure other than cross-country skiing.

Participants should park in the lot on the west side of the Tarrant Student Center at St Mikes - (Map Pin: https://www.google.com/maps/place/44%C2%B029'41.5%22N+73%C2%B010'10.2%22W/@44.494849,-73.170[...]509).
