Bat enthusiast Jerry Schneider will offer a talk and slide show about bats. The audience will learn about the importance of bats as pollinators, seed dispersers, and consumers of moths, beetles and mosquitos. We will also learn about the health of our Vermont bat populations, where our particular bats go in the winter time, and how they have fared with the devastating White Nose Syndrome. Refreshments will be served.
