We just butchered 4 fantastic piggies and have gone all out with special cuts, such as our famous spiedini (Italian kabob with sausage, bacon, ham cubes and herbs!), frenched rib loin roasts, butt roasts, fancy roasts (loin roasts wrapped in bacon and herbs) and more!
