Free Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program classes will resume at the Waterbury Senior Center (TUESDAYS at 1 pm, starting Feb. 7) and Waterbury Library (FRIDAYS at 10:30 am, starting Feb. 3). The classes are sponsored by the Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA), the Waterbury Senior Center and the Waterbury Library.
This low-impact and evidence-based program is great for anyone looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout experience. Join these free classes to help keep your joints flexible, strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and your energy level. Other benefits include sleep improvement and less pain! No previous experience is necessary. The classes are led by trained volunteer Pauline Nolte.
People who have participated in the Waterbury classes do not need to sign up again. Those who aren't already registered can preregister at https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=NcOHPOym0kmltdnC2lEmtnYLZaGhQCNPj8V2IfOx[...]Wcu or register onsite.
