In-home management of challenging dogs
Why animals behave fearfully or aggressively
How to train humanely and effectively for the real world
How reinforcement changes behavior
Enrichment & fun as therapy

Owners, trainers, groomers, vets, techs, pet sitters, day care operators are welcome and will learn ways to improve the welfare of animals they care for and about
