Ask your questions. Share your concerns and interests with the 2023 candidates for Shelburne Selectboard and district School board.

WHAT: 2023 Shelburne Candidate Forum - In person and Online (access info will be in future postings)

WHEN: February 16, 2023, Tuesday, 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM

WHY: The forum is an opportunity for residents to learn more about the candidates' background, priorities, reasons for running for office and their point of views about town government process and policy.

HOW: Questions for the candidates are generated from you, the town residents and voters. Send your questions via email to BOTH the forum moderator, Tom Little, littlet@vsac.org and to the forum coordinator, Nancy Baker, nebakervt@gmail.com. Please include your name and Shelburne address.

Questions should be concise and state whether the question should be answered by all candidates or by a specific candidate.

Kindly submit your questions by Monday night, February 13th.

WHO: Candidates will be announced after the return of their petitions, due in the Town Clerk's Office by January 30, 2023, 5 PM.

VOTERS: REMEMBER TO REQUEST YOUR BALLOT for MARCH 7, 2023 ELECTION. Contact the Shelburne Town Clerk office or The Vermont Secretary of State's office to request ballot. It is anticipated that ballots will be mailed by those requesting them by 2/15/23.
